A Connecticut man who was injured in a September 10 house explosion is now listed as being in good condition. 49 year-old Luke Lauretti was one of three men who were injured in last month’s explosion at Lauretti’s home.
The other two men who were injured were working on the gas equipment at the time of the explosion accident. 24 year-old Gary Henry was injured the most in the explosion, but is now in fair condition. 59 year-old Randy Fera received burn injuries over 25% of his body, but has been treated and released from the hospital.
Fire officials have determined that the explosion was caused by an unsecured gas line that was leaking gas. According to Fera, the explosion accident happened when he lit the water heater’s pilot light.
